We are not even a month through the new year yet and here at Organized Themes we have already kicked off 2017 with a bang.
First things first, let me introduce myself, my name is Samuel King and I’m the new owner of Organized Themes (Read this news update to learn more about the new owner).
New ownership, new themes, better pricing, same super support
So, a little about me:
Well I was in high school when I designed my very first website for a small car washing business I was running in our neighbourhood after school. I trawled the internet but none of the templates I could find were that sweet spot of doing everything I needed them to do whilst being simple to use and looking stylish.
So equipped with a flair for design and a bit of knowledge of websites, I designed my first template.
And I’ve been in the template game ever since.
I’ve been behind some pretty big themes over the years and I’m super pumped to be bringing all my passion, creativity, fresh ideas and experience now to Organized Themes.
This means you can expect a new look for our website and some really really nice new themes coming soon, better pricing and site usability, and all with the same super support on which the previous owner Bill Robins founded Organized Themes.
If you’ve already visited Organizedthemes.com this year you will have noticed we have a fresh new look and my favourite part of all the changes is our all new member area, because I really believe it makes buying and managing our themes so much easier for you.
New member area with lots of new features
Each and every one of you – regardless of when you bought a theme from us – will have your own member account.
To log in just click on the my account logo (or Sign In button) at the top of our homepage, and use the email address and password you first used to buy your theme.
If you cannot remember this, you can request a password reset and new one will be sent out to the registered email on your account.
In your member area all in one place you will be able to:
- instantly download all the themes you’ve purchased – if you’ve got lifetime membership that’s everything on the site,
- easily purchase new themes,
- get instant access to push updates for your themes, and
- raise support tickets through the ‘my account’ section.
How to raise a support ticket
Beating Bill’s excellent customer service is quite a challenge but I believe we are already doing it with this new, easy to use ‘my account’ feature.
I know that when you’ve just bought a theme and are struggling to get to grips with it, the last thing you want to do is to scour a forum for answers and if you can’t find them then have to type out an email.
So I’m really pleased to be able to give you a new and more streamlined approach to answering your support queries*.
Please note that raising a support ticket is the only way of raising a query now and all other routes will not be responded to.
Support subscription
There’s also been a few other changes to support subscription and pricing.
When you buy any theme from us you can use it on as many of your sites as you like and it comes with a full year’s subscription, which means all the support and updates you need.
After one year, you can continue to use the theme across your sites, but if you want continued access to support and updates to your theme then you will need to renew your support subscription which will cost you just $19.99.
For this price you will get unlimited support and updates across this specific theme for another year.
New lower pricing
Or if you prefer you can get lifetime membership for a one off payment of just $99 (limited time offer until the 6th of February, 2017).
This not only gives you unlimited downloads of all themes sold on our site, but also unlimited support and updates across all themes – forever!

I mentioned earlier in the post that we have new prices – and these prices are now lower.
I have dropped the price for one theme to an all time low of $49.99 – which you will find hard to beat anywhere else on the web.
I have also dropped the annual membership price to a new lower price of $30, which allows you to download as many of our themes as you want, with support and updates, for a whole year.**

And, if you’ve got a specific idea of your own theme you want designed, but just don’t know how to go about it, we will soon be able to help you out with that through a paid customization service.
Hopefully you can see now why it has taken me a little time to write to you since taking over the site.
I know I, like many others, appreciate action over words and so I wanted to prioritise bringing you all these improvements before I introduced myself.
