I used “http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.4/jquery.min.js”), false, ’1.4.4″ version now.

Most of the themes load jQuery from Google already. I’ve been adding conditional loading as part of the last round of updates. Right now the Media theme, Visual and Gallery all use conditional loading. As I update the remaining themes for WordPress 3.0, I’ll add it where appropriate. Great question.
