I released by last WordPress theme just 5 days ago, but I’m already starting to wrap up my new one called “New Church.” It should be available for download soon. This will be my first theme to feature multiple style options, so you can choose from several versions of how the theme looks without having to touch any code. It will feature a tabbed section on the homepage where recent podcasts, coming events and recent blog posts will be displayed.
This theme will also have an option to use a static image on the home page or WP-cycle to provide an announcement / image rotator. And this will be my first theme to include custom post pages for messages, small groups, events and blog entries. Look for that feature to be added to my other themes over the summer. Well enough talking about the theme, this is what one of the versions will look like.
