Thecompany store theme theme should work great for what you have in mind. It does come with support for banner ads in the header out of the box. Adding more ads would be simple to accomplish though. I'd be glad to help you with that if you need more ads. WordPress installs with great spam protection in the form of a plugin called Akismet. You can either use a shopping cart plugin such as Fat Free Cart or many others, or you can use a third party cart like e-junkie or Foxycart. I've tried to build as much functionality as possible into the theme so all my customers wouldn't need to rely on too many plugins.
